Copyright Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in and to HabeshaCute, including the platform structure, website design, visual layout, software, source code, databases, graphics, text, logos, icons, interface elements, features, systems, documentation, and related materials, are owned by HabeshaCute or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted in writing are reserved.

Protected materials include, but are not limited to:

• Website design, layout, structure, and user interface elements
• Software, PHP code, JavaScript, CSS, scripts, APIs, and platform logic
• Databases, data structures, compilations, and system organization
• Logos, brand names, trade names, slogans, and visual identity elements
• Graphics, icons, illustrations, banners, images, and promotional materials
• Text, articles, legal pages, documentation, page content, and written materials
• Audio, video, chat tools, call interfaces, and multimedia assets
• Membership, Hearts, referral, payout, Creator Showcase, and community feature designs

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use HabeshaCute solely for lawful platform purposes and in accordance with the legal of Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, database right, software right, or other intellectual property right.

Users retain ownership of content they create, upload, submit, publish, send, or otherwise make available through the platform, including profile content, messages, images, showcase content, descriptions, links, and other user-submitted materials.

By submitting content to HabeshaCute, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, cache, moderate, promote, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, improve, and promote the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit your content and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Users participating in Creator Showcases retain ownership of their submitted products, services, descriptions, images, links, branding, and showcase content.

By creating or publishing a Creator Showcase, the user grants HabeshaCutea worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, promote, cache, index, and make that content available through the platform and related promotional channels.

The selection, organization, structure, compilation, and arrangement of HabeshaCute databases, records, listings, user interfaces, directories, profiles, referrals, showcase entries, and platform data are protected by applicable copyright, database, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized extraction, copying, scraping, harvesting, reuse, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of substantial or repeated portions of platform data is strictly prohibited.

No content, data, user information, images, messages, listings, Creator Showcase materials, code, or other platform materials may be harvested, scraped, downloaded, reproduced, indexed, or used for artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, model training, automated content generation, or similar automated processing without prior written authorization from HabeshaCute.

HabeshaCute, its name, logos, icons, slogans, design elements, trade dress, and related identifiers are protected by trademark, unfair competition, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Copyright Policy grants permission to use any trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, brand element, or confusingly similar identifier without prior written authorization.

Certain materials appearing on the platform may belong to third parties, including users, licensors, service providers, payment providers, media providers, open-source contributors, or external content owners.

All third-party trademarks, logos, names, content, software, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the platform does not imply ownership, endorsement, or authorization unless expressly stated.

The platform may use open-source software, third-party libraries, SDKs, frameworks, fonts, icons, or other licensed components. Such components remain governed by their own applicable license legal.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights granted by valid open-source licenses, but no rights are granted to proprietary HabeshaCute code, systems, branding, layouts, databases, or confidential platform logic.

HabeshaCute respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material available on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written complaint through the official support channels.

A copyright complaint should include:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work or protected material
• The exact location or URL of the allegedly infringing material

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or platform ownership rights may be suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated.

We may also remove related content, block access, revoke platform features, or retain relevant records for security, legal, enforcement, and dispute documentation purposes.

HabeshaCute reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Removal or disabling of infringing content
• Suspension or termination of accounts
• Blocking access to platform features or services
• Reversal of benefits connected to infringing activity
• Legal notices, takedown requests, injunctions, claims for damages, and court action

Failure by HabeshaCute to enforce any intellectual property right, copyright notice, trademark right, database right, license condition, or platform restriction does not constitute a waiver of that right.

We reserve the right to enforce our rights at any time.

We may update this Copyright Policy at any time to reflect legal, technical, operational, or business changes.

Continued use of the platform after an updated version is published means you accept the updated Copyright Policy from its effective date.
