5. Referral & earnings program

Referral rewards, chat earnings, and other incentive programs (where available) are governed by separate rules, eligibility requirements, and verification procedures. Participation is optional and not guaranteed.

Displayed earnings, examples, or projections are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of income.

6. Content & conduct

You are responsible for the content you send, share, or upload. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or our internal safety rules.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, including for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other misuse.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Free Trial

HabeshaCute may offer a seven (7) day free trial to eligible new users. The trial is intended to allow evaluation of the service before committing to any paid plan or purchase.

Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your continued use of the platform after the trial constitutes acceptance of the applicable paid terms and pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

HabeshaCute reserves the right to modify or withdraw free trial offers at any time without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this section carefully before purchasing any subscription, credits, or paid features on HabeshaCute.

• No refunds after the free trial: Once the seven (7) day free trial has ended and a paid plan, subscription, or paid feature is activated, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid.
• No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, unused subscription periods, or unused digital features, including messages, call minutes, hearts, gifts, boosts, or similar items.
• Digital goods: All digital items and virtual credits are deemed delivered immediately upon being added to your account and are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as verified billing errors caused by technical malfunction.

EU / EEA Digital Services Notice

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you acknowledge that HabeshaCute provides digital services and digital content that may begin immediately upon activation or purchase.

By proceeding with a purchase or continued use after the free trial, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, your statutory right of withdrawal may be limited or waived once the digital service is fully performed or digital content is supplied.
