These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HabeshaCute, including registrations, accounts, memberships, Hearts, chat features, calls, referrals, rewards, payouts, community tools, support systems, and related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using HabeshaCute, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional platform rules, policies, notices, or feature-specific conditions that may apply.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase memberships, buy Hearts, send gifts, participate in referrals, request payouts, or use member features.
By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
Accounts and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
- Provide accurate, current, and truthful registration information
- Keep your password, codes, and security credentials confidential
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or lend your account to another person
- Notify the platform promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse
- Use only one genuine account unless the platform explicitly authorizes otherwise
Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, identity misuse, misleading registrations, or attempts to bypass restrictions are prohibited and may lead to suspension, termination, or loss of rewards.
Memberships, Hearts, and Digital Features
HabeshaCute may offer premium memberships, Hearts, and other digital platform features. These features may unlock selected tools, limits, access levels, visibility, chat options, gifts, calls, or other benefits depending on the active platform configuration.
- Memberships provide access to eligible premium features for the selected term
- Hearts are digital platform credits used for supported in-platform features and actions
- Hearts are not bank deposits, stored monetary accounts, or guaranteed cash equivalents
- Hearts and digital features are non-transferable unless an explicit platform feature allows limited transfer or gifting
- Feature availability, pricing, limits, and included benefits may change for future purchases at any time
Memberships, Hearts, and digital platform features remain subject to these Terms. They may be restricted, frozen, adjusted, reversed, or revoked where fraud, abuse, payment risk, policy violations, or security concerns are detected.
Payments and Billing
Payments for memberships, Hearts, or other paid services are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the selected provider to charge the applicable amount using your chosen payment method.
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular provider, payment method, or local currency. Transactions may be accepted, rejected, delayed, refunded, reviewed, or cancelled based on provider rules, technical conditions, security checks, or platform policy.
The platform does not store full card details unless explicitly stated through a secure and compliant payment workflow.
Refunds and Digital Purchase Policy
Memberships, Hearts, and digital upgrades are generally final and non-refundable once delivered, activated, credited, made available, or used, except where refund rights are required by applicable law.
Exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions, failed fulfillment, technical delivery errors, or confirmed unauthorized payment activity may still be reviewed by the platform.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of refund systems may lead to account review, reversal of benefits, restriction of digital balances, or termination of platform access.
Referrals, Rewards, Earnings, and Incentive Programs
The platform may offer optional referral programs, rewards, bonuses, engagement-based incentives, or other earning opportunities. These are discretionary platform features, not guaranteed rights, and may be changed, paused, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Earnings, rewards, bonuses, credits, and referral commissions are not guaranteed. Results vary depending on eligibility, activity, engagement quality, verification, consistency, community conduct, current platform settings, and compliance with these Terms.
- Nothing on the platform is a promise of salary, fixed income, employment, or guaranteed profit
- HabeshaCute is not an employer, job provider, or payroll service
- Users participate voluntarily and independently
- Users are responsible for their own taxes, filings, declarations, and local legal obligations
- Referral, reward, and earning programs may include eligibility conditions, review windows, limits, and anti-abuse checks
Referrals, Attribution, and Anti-Abuse Rules
Referral benefits may be granted only for valid, eligible, genuine, and policy-compliant referrals. Referral attribution is determined according to the platform’s tracking and registration logic.
- Self-referrals are prohibited
- Fake, duplicate, misleading, or artificially created accounts are prohibited
- Spam, deceptive promotion, forced clicks, or manipulative referral behavior are prohibited
- Referral rewards may be delayed until qualification, verification, or security review is complete
- Referral rewards may be refused, removed, adjusted, or reversed where abuse or ineligibility is detected
The platform may invalidate or reverse referral benefits where it detects duplicate identities, suspicious signups, manipulated traffic, payment irregularities, artificial activity, or any conduct intended to exploit the referral system unfairly.
Payouts, Withdrawals, and Reviews
Where payouts or withdrawals are offered, they remain subject to eligibility rules, review, account standing, verification requirements, payout method availability, minimum thresholds, and anti-fraud checks.
- Payout requests may remain pending while under manual or automated review
- Payouts may be delayed, denied, cancelled, or reversed if suspicious or non-compliant activity is detected
- Incorrect payout details, identity mismatches, duplicate accounts, policy violations, or provider issues may block payout completion
- The platform may request additional verification before approving selected payout requests
The platform is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payout details submitted by the user, delays caused by third-party providers, or restrictions required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or exploitative conduct.
- Violate any law, regulation, sanction, or court order
- Harass, threaten, exploit, extort, defraud, or impersonate other users
- Upload malicious code, harmful files, spam, or abusive content
- Manipulate payments, rewards, referrals, promotions, balances, or platform systems
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, APIs, admin areas, or infrastructure
- Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or artificial activity where not permitted
- Interfere with security, rate limits, moderation, or fraud-prevention controls
User Content, Messaging, and Conduct
You are responsible for all messages, content, media, profile information, and other material you upload, publish, send, transmit, or otherwise make available through the platform.
You must not use the platform for harassment, hate, threats, deception, scams, unlawful solicitation, sexual exploitation, abusive behavior, or other prohibited conduct.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, block access, or terminate accounts if user content or behavior violates these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law.
Security Monitoring, Account Reviews, and Investigations
To protect the platform, users, rewards systems, payment flows, and community integrity, HabeshaCute may monitor, review, and investigate account activity, referral activity, payments, Hearts usage, balances, logins, devices, sessions, and other relevant signals.
The platform may place an account, transaction, referral, reward, payout, or feature under review where suspicious, unusual, disputed, abusive, risky, or non-compliant activity is detected.

Fraud Prevention, Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
HabeshaCute maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, manipulation, exploit behavior, fake engagement, account misuse, referral abuse, payment misuse, and other attempts to exploit the platform unfairly.
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts
- Identity misuse or impersonation
- Referral abuse or artificial engagement
- Payment, balance, reward, or payout exploitation
- Bypassing restrictions or creating replacement accounts after enforcement
- Immediate suspension, restriction, or termination without prior notice
- Loss, freezing, reversal, or cancellation of balances, rewards, credits, earnings, or rights
- Blocking of future purchases, referrals, payouts, or participation on the platform
- Retention of relevant records for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, and legal documentation
Verification, Adjustments, and Final Decisions
The platform may verify accounts, referrals, balances, payments, and payout requests at any time. We may delay, adjust, deny, reverse, revoke, or permanently remove benefits, balances, or access rights where suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, disputed, or non-compliant activity is detected.
Platform enforcement and review decisions are made to protect service integrity, users, and payment or referral systems. The platform may request more information before restoring access or approving benefits.
Privacy, Security Records, and Communications
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you understand that relevant technical, account, and transaction-related information may be processed for security, fraud prevention, moderation, service delivery, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
The platform may send service-related notices, security messages, review notices, payment notices, account alerts, support responses, or other operational communications by email, in-app notification, or other platform channels where available.
Third-Party Services and Providers

We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, errors, delays, rejections, or data handling practices caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
Platform Availability and Service Changes

Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be secure, available, profitable, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Any examples, estimates, promotional language, community results, or prior reward outcomes shown on the platform do not guarantee future results for any user.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabeshaCute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the platform, user interactions, referrals, balances, rewards, digital purchases, payout delays, service interruptions, content removal, account restrictions, or enforcement actions.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, operational, or business changes. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated version.
